Stanleys turning into a proper little man now. He's getting muscles and starting to look a bit more grown up. I was shocked when I saw this photo, felt as though my baby was gone!

There were hundreds of photos taken at the trial on Sunday but this is our only one. The bum shot .

Ella is doing a "finish right" (returning from sitting directly in front, round the back, to heel position)

(photo taken by Sal Robinson and posted publicly to Facebook).

That's a fab pic of Ella, love her face!

Tonight I learnt how hard it is to juggle a leash and torch whilst trying to open a poo bag - I ended up waving the torch into two houses' windows and one of the occupants came outside to investigate. Nope, not a burglar, just a very incompetent dog walker

I know what you mean, my lab was licking the remains of the peanut butter jar and when I looked over I was a bit shocked at his muscle tone, he's only 9 months  I love the rapt attention of all the dogs in your photo :D

He is looking a bit grown up now, but don't be too sad, there are loads of good things about him maturing.
You will both trust each other more, you can go further afield with him and discover new places together, personally I love having a slightly more grown up dog. (And love the weekend lie ins with him) But however big he gets he will always want cuddles from his mum and you will always call him your litle boo.

Stanley didn't want to go for his walk today, he ran and "hid" when he saw his lead

For Coco to hide on sight of his lead, he would have to be very ill. Coco (and Belle before him) is ALWAYS ready for a walk.

Oh same here! If I put on shoes or go to the cupboard with her collar and lead, Ella prances around like it's Christmas morning! :D

OH keeps leaving his shoes around and Stanley finds them and runs off with them.

I told him next time he did it, I'd leave it to Stanley to do as he wished with them. (I've given this warning at least 5 times) This morning I just let Stanley get on with it and destroyed his shoe.

Now apparently it's my fault o_O
