Nell, you have it lucky. Mum showed me a picture of your shirt and you look super trendy in it. When I had my operashun, I had to wear a string vest! That was not becoming of a lady of my standing. I'm The Duchess, don't you know?!

I've been learning to do swimming and I fetched my toy from the outdoor pool on Sunday - I don't think I'm brave enough for real swimmy fetch tho' especially in the waves. You're my hero Coco, I wish you were here to teach me real swimmy fetch.

I think both of you Ripple and Coco should come and visit me. We can do loads of swimmy fetch with big waves. So much fun, I ride with daddy back in on them....mummy does not like it when we do it. She is a scaredy cat, scaredy cat....

Mum and dad went out for a pub tea. Mum brought me back some crackling. I love mum very much.

I got a tennis ball stuck in the back of my throat. Mummy had to prise it back out.

She says I'm an idiot too, Coco. But I'm not sorry.

    Something very strange happened today.
A lovely lovely person came to our house and spent a long time talking to mum and dad. And she had lots and lots of TREATS and she had a thing that went CLICK and every time it went CLICK she gave me a treat. And I played a game which was called "figuring out what I had to do to make her go CLICK". And I got lots of treats.
It was very very very good fun and she has left the clickything with mum.
    I wonder what happens next?

@edzbird what did you do Coco? Did you go for a ride on a motorbike as you have the TT. Daddy said that would have been cool.

@JenBainbridge Stanley that is no good...i don't get tennis balls cause I eat all the fur off it and get that stuck in my throat...maybe chew it next time?

We went for a walk on the beach again last night...but this time daddy dropped the lead. He said something about 'lets see if this training works that we have beed doing'. I have no idea what he is on about...but I just walked and sniffed then came back and got a treat....but then I saw the sea...well I was not as quick as normal and daddy just managed to stop me...better training next time...

Ripple, Vanilla - I wasn't terrible. I forgot how to walk nicely. It took us ages to get up our road out onto the main road because mum kept stopping. I was OK after that. But when we came back into our road I was so excited. I don't know why. I kept pulling too much. I thought I saw a cat 'n' cats need chasing, so I pulled so hard mum was dragged into someone's front garden..she was so cross, and there was no cat anyway. It was pouring with rain, so my excuse is it leaked into my brain and made me rusty. I'm going to try and be good this morning.

Ging told me off she never tells me off. She left me in the kitchen after our walk and took Moo out.I'm worried I was very stupid and knocked her over she was lying in a field while I tried to be stupid with a football. She wouldn't let me go and i had to come home. I dont think shes my friend any more.

It must be the weather making us all silly. I managed to slip out of my slip lead this morning and ran off to eat loads and loads of poo, Mum was cross so I didn't let her catch me for ages.
Then when we got home I played sillies with my towel when she was drying me and ripped it. Then I was soooo excited I threw my bed everywhere. Mum was really fed up and she put me in my crate and shut herself in the kitchen and cried :(.
    That was all before breakfast.

But she gave me my breakfast and went for her exercise class. I think she feels better now, but I think I might have to be a good boy for the rest of the day.

You should be a good boy, Ripple.

Don't make your mam cry. They're good people really, just a bit stupid but it's not their fault.

Give her a big kiss and lots of cuddles and I'm sure she'll be happy again.

Oh Rory! Don't feel too bad, it's too easy to knock them over - they will insist on tottering about on 2 legs - you know yourself how hard this is. Why they don't get down & use their spare legs too, I'll never know. You can keep on sucking up to her. That's what I do when I'm in bad books. The god this is they struggle to stay mad for too long. Do dog-eyes at her, that'll do it.

Ha ha Ripple, I did that yesterday too! Mum had promised me a towel rub, despite being less than good on my walk, so I grabbed it & twisted & tugged. She let go and said "RIGHT! that's it, you can stay wet." I was still wet when she left for work :(
