I wasn't sick this mornin' so have avoided the bum probing alien vet. Phew. Thanks for your nice wishes

Mum said it was good that I wasn't sick 'cos she would have had to change my name from Maxx to Chuck. Good one Mum, hilarious.

I LOVE the dishwasher. I get my head in there and lick and lick until someone notices and I get told 'leave it Maxx'. Whatever...I'll leave it when I'm done thankyou very much.

Glad you are feeling better Maxx.
Good job your mum left out the 'y' at the end of when she was contemplating renaming you...not sure what daddy means by this.

Ooooh, be careful, Maxx! Dishwashers are nasty, scary monsters. Ours tried to eat me! There I was, doing my pre-wash bit, when it grabbed me and wouldn’t let go. I ran away upstairs but it came with me and only let go when it hit the wall. Mum was reeely worried and thort It would break my legs, but I was just very shaky and scared.

Mum told me later that my collar had got cort in the drawer, so I don’t wear my collar in the house any more. I don’t go near the dishwasher either, though, I go out of the room when mum opens it.

BE CAREFUL, Maxx! don’t let your dishwasher monster get you too!

I don't put my head in the dishwasher, I don't trust it one inch. I do sneak a lick of the plates at the front, but I always get told "Coco, leave". I'm not supposed to lick plates in the dishwasher. No. Dad is good though, if he has a nice, dirty plate he puts it on the mat for me - yippee!! Mum shouts at him - grumpy grump.

    I did it! I finally Wobbled!:D

My mum had bought a snack Wobbler for me when she found out that I would be her helper, but I have had trouble figuring out how it worked.
I thought that it was a teamwork toy with my mum pushing the Wobbler and me eating the food that came out, but apparently it's not.

So today with a little help from my mum, I found out how it works and it was great.:D I would push the Wobbler with my nose , eat the food while my mum kept telling me how good I was. My mum had a big smile on her face and gave me lots of cuddles afterwards.:p

I met a friend by the store today. He was HUGE! Like two of me! I didn't know dogs get that big!

Mum got scared because he running so fast and was not being held by his human, but I knew he was friendly :D

OK OK OK I'm so excited - I did win 2 blue rosettes yesterday. I went in a fun dog show and mum said we should have had red ones...but blue looks nice on me. I am so handsome.

I don't know what scary is. Mum says I was born without a fite-or-flite response. I don't know what she means. I've just been snoozing at dad's feet while he has been playing with his powertools and his chainsaw and his metalgrinder and she thinks I ought to mind but why should I? It's dad. I'm covered in sawdust stuff but that's OK.

This is just embarrassing. My hoomans have been out ALL EVENING and now they're back and they're all stoopid and giggly and wanting to cuddle me and they smell funny and its just embarrassing.

But they've brought me bits of steak.

    Wot's a pup to do?

    Pongo.
