    Hello there!

I’d be grateful for any advice please. My black lab, Bear, is just one year old. Last night I noticed a red patch on his mouth (the outside black lip bit to one side). I though maybe it was a wasp sting as I had also been stung that day. He didn’t seem bothered by it though and I checked if there was a sting there. However, just now the red patch has spread to his upper lip too. He seems completely normal and not bothered by it. Maybe he’s just rubbed it sore when chewing a stick or something... does anyone have any experience of this Please? Thank you

Hi Jane, and welcome to the forum. It isn't really possible to say what the patch in your dog's mouth might be and if it is still there now, a trip to the vet would be a good idea.
