Its a year today since I lost my little JR Lily, aged just 7 following two years of seizures due to brain damage, a direct result of bad breeding . She was such a little soldier, a delightful dog who, for most of the time was happy and carefree as the drugs controlled the symptoms , until they began to fail . She was a wonderful lifelong companion to my lovely Lab girl Tess who died from liver cancer just months before Lily so I like to think that they are together at last, bless you dear girls .

Remember them like they’re still here
    Even though they are not
They have gone to a better place
Somewhere we are not, or so I'd like to think... :-\

It's always so sad to lose a loved dog - but especially difficult when they go at such a young age. Sending you hugs Kate.
