Pretty sure Loki has just swallowed a rubber glove o_O one that I used to put his cream on his tummy. He's obviously managed to swipe it from the side, saw him with it in his mouth tried to get to it and swap with treats but looks like he swallowed it before I could get it out.
Is that going to require a trip to the vets? Honestly what are they like?

I think I would phone the vet and ask for advice.

Down the vet's now. They recommended bringing him down and making him sick as it could cause a blockage. He's in there now. Have to stay here for an hour.
Poor Loki. Feel awful for him.

Aw, poor Loki, but you did the right thing. He'll have forgotten all about it in no time at all, and will be wondering why you're giving him so many extra cuddles and treats :)

Apparently he's being sick but no glove yet. Surely it would be the first thing to come up?

Good news the glove is out! And all his dinner. Once he's finished being sick in 5/10 mins can take him him home. Apparently he's bouncing round again trying to chew everything :)

    Thanks all!

We are home now and he's a bit dopey flopping about all over the place. Nurse said he would be like that so must be something in the injection they gave him to make him sick.
£97 poorer but was so relieved when they said the glove had come up, I was so worried.
He was apparently trying to eat the kibble he was throwing up, silly pup.

And ironically the glove was one I only got from the vet's the other day to apply his cream for his allergy that had flared up again.

It's good that you got him there quickly and the glove reappeared. :)
