Signature

Now I know I'm probably past my sell-by-date but I can't find a way to edit my signature ! I can see it in 'information' on my details but despite several wanderings around settings, I can't edit it
A clue please?

Here you go, you should be able to edit your signature here:

Settings >>then under personal details. Just shout if you are still having a problem

 

Thanks Beanwood but strangely, I don't have 'signature' as an option on my personal details page. I have avatar, date of birth, gender and home page (for website) but no signature !!

 

Oh no! Sorry about that! Are you able to take a screenshot of what you can see for us please, and we will try and work out what has gone wrong.

Is this any use, doesn't look quite the same but all I could pick up !

 

I still can't edit my signature. Any idea why the option seems to have been zapped from my account page?

 

I'm sorry to hear that it's still not working. I haven't been able to find anything behind the scenes to suggest that it has been disabled. All the settings are normal.
I realise it's not the perfect solution, but I think I am able to edit signatures from this end if you want to send me the text you would like to include?

 

Thanks Lucy but can't anyone tell why I don't have the 'Signature' option on my record? As you can see from my screenshot, it goes from Personal Details to Contact Details, excluding Signature as shown on Beanwood's screenshot. It was there in the past because I've edited it before

No, it's not, still no Signature option between Personal and Contact details.
Ah well.

 

Hi Tech people, over a year since this and I still can't edit my signature. If I can't have that option for whatever reason, can someone remove Sam for me please? I'd still like to know why I don't have the option though
