Such good news! Good luck at the vets.. Don't worry, it is not that unusual for us to be sooo excited over a poo!
Update : Vet was very impressed with him, did a full examination, felt his gut , checked his wound, and said for what his intestines looked like when they operated they didn't expect him to be so bright yet. They agree about the Tramadol possibly being the problem so unless he's really struggling we should restrain from using it. All being well next check Friday, and till then we have to stick with 6meals of chicken/rice. Just again thank you guys for being so supportive, I don't know what I'd have done without this forum.
Way to go !! Great news , and well done on presenting a decent poo ! Sounding so much more positive for him now , very happy and relieved for you x
Just catching up after working some horrendous hours for the last few days - @Katjush what a horrid time for you but so glad little Aramis has pulled through so well and has had a good poo . He will soon be back to his best! Well done for spotting the problem in the first place and saving his life....I am sure you will be a devoted furbaby nurse until he is back to his usual self x
Not just his devoted nurse , but his devoted slave I must say the upside to him not being up to charging about everywhere is the abundance of puppy cuddles, and our older dog Milo who has not been too keen on him is very much appreciating the pup who lies on my lap rather than sucking, and chewing his face , and demanding to be played with. God he's going to be in for a shock when these 7remaining days are up!
Puppy cuddles are the best! Are we not all slaves? I often wonder who is training who....think I learn quicker than Bailey at times
