There is no hurry, Marie. It doesn't matter if it takes a year, or if you never do it and instead just decide to keep her in your house. It is a very rough time. We all feel for you.

No rush. She is curled up safely in your heart. She'll be happy whatever you do, because she will always be with you.
    Hugs.

marie11 there is no rush at all, be kind to yourself. We on the forum are always here to listen to you.

We lost our wonderful black lab suddenly aged 5 just over 2 years ago. We talk of him often, and still miss him. He would have loved Mabel.

You are being so brave and strong. One day you'll remember all those sweet memories with a smile. Love to you. Xx

Think ( that's all I seem to be doing ) I will scatter her ashes along with Clyde our 11 yr old went it was a walk that Ziva and I did mostly weekly . It only couple miles up hill at back of our house we didn't get to have a special walk but that walk most probably would of been over the yrs if she was here.

Thank you all for supporting me :)

    Thank to all

Ziva was laid to rest this aft and I think her big brother Clyde was looking down on us as sun was shinning and was lovely day indeed. Hopefully Clyde will pick her up along the way.

Sarah my Vet and Brock her Labrador & Ziva's best friend come Boyfriend were with me. A small part of her wis at the hall close to home where we went to training on a Wed and ring craft on a Thursday and have put these bulbs along side her.

Dwarf Iris purple gem .......She was Lilac collar so though it was a nice tribute.

    xx

That's a lovely tribute to Ziva.

Really glad that your trusted vet and Ziva's bestie Brock could be there. I'm sure that Clyde was also there in spirit.
