Re: Spaying experiences? sorry for worrying you! It is very rare for these things to happen. It's been a week now and the scabbing has come off and it's looking absolutely fine. The antibiotics seem to be doing their job and the wound looks mostly healed and is a nice pink colour. She's got another vet appointment tomorrow morning but I'm happy that she's back to her usual self. It was a rough week but it seems to be over now and she's running around like the crazy dog I know she is! I hope your girl is ok!
Re: Spaying experiences? Glad your girl is better now PaigeEmily....always a worry when things don't go as we expect. You can see my post "Ugh, Ugh ,Ugh" about what happened with my Bella's surgery on thursday. Ongoing urinary issues with her, and so the vet opened her up a bit more than normal to have a look around. We're on day 3 post op, and doing fine...working on TRYING to keep calm and not be a 5 month old puppy. :
