    Hi everyone -

My girl came into season last Thursday, I decided to not continue on with normal walkies as there’s quite a few people around here who walk their dogs off leash. She’s been fine playing in the garden and has been mostly her normal self. However she’s a been a bit down in the dumps the past two days. She’s been sick a few timesand has gone off her morning feed. Today she’s switching between pacing and sleeping, no toy is good enough. Due to her being sick i don’t want to give treats as id usually freeze a kong or make a treasure hunt for her. Just wondering if anyone’s got any ideas on how I can keep her occupied a little. Thanks.

We just walk ours but on a tight lead.
There are oils you can use to mask the smell to other dogs.
I put myself in the way of her and other dogs.
We took our dog on holiday once as it fell on the dates we had booked.
Not sure how to entertain yours without food treats only to get some new toys and take them away and replace them to keep her interested.
It's not normal for them to be sick when in heat maybe talk to your vet.
