We brought our black lab puppy home 3 days ago, she's 3 months old. We have followed the house training guide, she gets to go outside very frequently and we have the peeing outside figured out but she will only poo in the house. We'd like to break this habit as soon as possible as we aren't making any progress in the #2 department.

I wouldn't worry too much. It is not unusual for things to go a bit awry in that department when you bring your puppy back to their new home.
The trick here is praise and consistency. Everything must feel very strange and a bit scary to a small puppy. Take her out frequently, especially after mealtimes. Lots of praise when she goes. Just make sure that you clean the area where she has gone in the house with a good enzyme based cleaner, Simple Solution is a good one. Of course don't scold her if you do catch her in the act, just whip her outside if you can!

Yes we have been sticking to the positive reinforcement method. We did gain some ground today and got 2/3 poops outside.
Still doing excellent with peeing outside. We try to take her out every hour if we can. Thanks for the help

I would make sure she is on a feeding schedule to help predict when she will have to go and consider keeping her on a lead in the house if she is going to sneak off and go inside (whatever is easier to disrupt and bring her outside). Also, use a command to go potty and immediately give a treat after she goes (rather than when you come inside - they won't realize that treat was for pottying outside).
