Stroppy? Good word to keep around. Didn't read this for a while. Naaa not stroppy. I know you're a feisty chic, and I couldn't help myself. I was not getting these comments about being pissed off at in season dog owners, but now I get it. Some countries are so different about it. Mine is kept on line, with a big bright yellow bow, and I go off the beaten trail and usually at night. I haller out to any off line dog. I just had her spaded though, so there is sadly no chance to make a scene at Wimbledon Common.
