Hello just joined this site I'm lucky to have a 14 week old female lab black called Sydney she is my 3rd lab (last one was seven years ago) she is doing really well almost toilet trained still getting up in the night though, am recently retired due to ill health so this is the perfect time to get such an adorable friend, worth getting up in a morning for.

Hello there, and a warm welcome to the Forum
I love the name Sydney, very elegant for some reason.
    Where are you based?
Lilly and I are in Fife, Scotland and Lilly is 5.5 years old. First dog - a steep learning curve. I guess the sleepless nights don't get any easier with the third though LOL.

I was born in Sydney, so naturally I agree that that is a top name :)

I have no idea why, but I had it in my head that you were a Brit who had moved to Oz! I didn't realise you were a native. I have no idea why!

Hello, Lynda, and welcome to you and Sydney, from me, Willow and Shadow :)

Hehehehe, that is funny :D No, a native (as far as white people go anyway....ancestors came here in the 1830's from Ewhurst Green in West Sussex).

I have travelled to the UK three or four times though and I've sometimes mentioned that I've been to so-and-so a place, so maybe that made you think I was from there.
