Just had a lovely training session with Sam on the garden and cant believe the improvement re delivery to hand, every time he got it right I`m not kidding myself into thinking that we have it completely cracked, but what a difference to a few days ago ( thank you Heidrun ) . I realise now that apart from the actual command words , I dont say a word until he drops the dummy/ball into my hands and then the praise and fuss , he seemed pleased with himself too , tail wagging ten to the dozen . This afternoon might be a different kettle of fish but for now, I am sooo proud of my lad
