There's certainly FB chat about it but that group (Against the Routine Neutering of Dogs - or something like that) has plenty of US people in it as well as UK and other parts of the world. There's some good resources in there though.
They are very gentle dogs and quite sensitive, calm and laid back at home, playful and funny... but...you need nerves of steel and a good recall to a whistle when they're off lead or a safe, secure field as they're born to run, and run, and run, and can cover a huge distance in a very short time. They certainly won't be walking beside you and sniffing around like a Lab does. They are gorgeous dogs and I wouldn't hesitate to have another when the time is right.
