    i am clicking the page pippa, but it is not showing, thank you for your reply, i am reading through every thing this evening, as you guessed from my post, i have been getting it wrong out doors, indoors i seem to be getting it right so going to have a good read tonight thank you so much for your help, :)

    Lynne, please dont get upset when you get it wrong , we all make mistakes at times with our dogs, its just a case of big breaths , relax , take a little time out and start again and try to enjoy it , Jasper will feel your anxieties , dont beat yourself up please :)

    Lynne, Kate is right, ask anyone on this forum, I got more things wrong than right and still do, I got myself in a right old state, but it didn't do me or Charlie any good at all. You are not getting it all wrong at all you are doing really well. You will learn if you take one step at a time. Jasper is a puppy so enjoy these months. Kate and Karen always say to me look at the positives and all the things Charlie can do and don't focus on the negatives. You will get there Lynne :) Onwards and upwards. Helen x

    awh i am so happy to have found this site, what lovely helpful people you all are, i am not beating myself up on the wrongs i have done, with not having a dog before, i am trying to get things so right, first things first good point, i have bonded with jasper more than i ever thought in my wildest dreams,no2, i have got the basics with the clicker to sit/lie/wait, no 3 i have now found the post all about clicker training, tomorrow is a new day, so i am going out in the garden with my imaginary circle, with my new word close, i will do this as it says a couple of times a day with 2 hour intervals, :) help, do i just perform this one lesson a day or do i introduce more things in the same day, :) oh and i can even hoover now, i did this with c and t, over a week, this morning was the first time he stayed on the couch whilst i hoovered round, my word for that was leave it, :) thank you so much :*
