When I got home from work yesterday I went upstairs to get changed, leaving Jack & Barney in the dining room with the dog gate closed. I thought my son had come gone when I heard the gate open......then the thunderous sound of the pups charging upstairs!!! I quickly ushered them into my bedroom and closed the door, as they are too heavy for me to carry down and I couldn't risk trying to walk both of them down as they don't like going downstairs. I texted my sons who wouldn't be home for an hour and then rang OH who would be 30 minutes! My bedroom is full of bags with Xmas presents, chocolates and lots of things kept out of puppies way. They both crashed on my bed, and I had to give them the nylabones id put away for Xmas. Thankfully they kept them busy for almost all the 30 minutes we were in there, with an occasional fall off and jump back on the bed, and hilarious bouts of jumping up and down on the bed like foxes. OH came home and rescued us, thank goodness it wasn't a day in the school Hols when I'm home alone all day.... https://www.dropbox.com/sc/uj4vrjhycnevgir/AACv15F7iIkF3znSrDYuC4mwa Never a dull moment with two lab puppies in the house ;D
