Re: Traveling with dog Phew! We got to my mum's house. Quite an odyssey, but Poppy was an absolute love. The harness was great, and she didn't seem to have a problem with it. The AC wasn't working in our carriage, so Pops got a bit hot, but we got her out of the car and then she seemed better. Now she has had a happy run around here, has been confronted with foxes, squirrels, cats and rabbits; had her dinner and now is snuggled on my mum's sofa!! Life is good.

Re: Traveling with dog Close encounter with the neighbour's tom cat this evening... He is TOUGH... Poppy now knows that cats are not necessarily prey species; some will stop and stand up to you in a VERY scary manner... Luckily no damage done, but I don't think she's going to be bouncing up to any more cats in the near future!!!
