My 11 year old 50kg balcknlab just had TTA surgery yesterday for a ruptured knee ligament. We have been lifting her back end with a towel to act as a sling to help her move but she won't wee or poo with us holding her. She is very particular about where she will do her business. Is it safe to just let her do it herself for a few minutes or do we we have to keep supporting her back end ?
