So we just located our first tick on Cody, despite being fully up to date on all lotions, potions and pills. There was always going to come a time when I was home without my OH and this would happen.

I'm quite pleased with myself, a nice quick and easy removal, No hassle. Even though my tick tool instructions did not say remove anti-clockwise. A fact I only found out after I had removed the nasty.

Tick season is most definitely upon us - Cody was none the wiser and totally not bothered by it.

Some places would like you to report it to your Vet or Health Board. Some places even like you to hand it in to one of those so they can test it for Lyme Disease spread. Yucky things, aren't they?

P.S. Love your title. I like jokes with a play on words. :)

Horrid things! Poor Lucan has been coming home with a 'friend' or two every time we visit the woods and they always attach in the most awkward spots!
The tick hooks are well used in this household.
