vet visit in the morning,....so sad

    Phew! So glad you know what the problem is and have the right meds for him. Here's hoping fir a quick recovery. Lots of hugs :D

    not had a walk yet, he as been asleep from getting back from the vets,.....poor love

    I wouldn't worry too much about his walk, let his body fight the bug. He's a smart dog he knows what he needs.

    barbara even my cleaning is on hold today,....i have not moved from getting back
    i will just let him rest today :(

    I thought it was a tummy bug as healthy dogs don't usually go off their food and not eating is the first sign they are not well, even if they are bouncing about! My Lab had this last week and is still on antibiotics, but at least he wants his food now.

    he as had a little rice and chicken,vet said feed him little and often with this for 5 days,.....he as at the side of me sleeping, every so often he rolls over on his back for a tummy rub, :)
    i hate seeing like this, :(
    sure the meds will kick in soon

    Lynne, try not to worry too much, dogs just go with instinct and when they arent feeling too good, most of them just sleep, its a way of healing and will do him good . These tummy bugs can knock them sideways but he will be back and clowning around before you know it x

    i am suppose to be at a funeral tomorrow, 60 mile round trip, i am not leaving him on his own :(

    his tummy seems to be settling,.....he is sleeping a lot, hopefully he will pick up in the morning :)

    So glad to hear he's on the mend, Lynne! Pretty soon he'll be his usual self. In the meantime, try not to worry and enjoy some extra cuddles :)

    got up this morning, my lil fella seems a lot better, tummy as settled, he is quiet of himself,....i am going to a funeral at 9 30,....i have a dog sitter coming in at 11,....he will be fine, it is not very often i leave him :)

    Don't worry too much Lynne, he'll be fine with the dog sitter coming to check on him. So glad he is feeling better!
