Re: Walk tonight Sorry, but can't stop laughing, Like everyone else says, sounds like a comedy. I can just picture it.
Re: Walk tonight Think it's that time of year..school holidays..on our favourite walk people were just sat out on the grass, kids screaming, dogs running wild, Benson was frantic to play. Had to make detours to avoid them all, lots of annoyed dog walkers who had to their dogs on a lead. On the way back, down through a wooded walk which opens onto one of the large green areas, three of the lads were dozing...I didn't quite have time to pop Benson back on his on his lead...never mind..... 8)
Re: Walk tonight It was better tonight, but the dog walkers out in force. I think I got better as the walk went on though. Spotted a crowd of GSDs playing with a ball in a clearing, so walked the other way. Charlie made a fuss. Then surprised by an off lead lab. Another fuss. Spotted a three legged collie coming round the pond, so sat on a log and clicked for calm - big success! Pulled towards some terriers, which was tiresome. : But deployed my weapon of last resort - a hunk of fish4dogs sea hide - to lure him to walk passed three dogs in the car park, heeling like an obedience pro. So that's 2/5. . If I count the 3 dogs in the car park as 3, it's 4/7, which sounds better. ;D
