In the neighbourhood.. our Black Lab is a great dog however at times too enthusiastic on the city streets approaching some dogs, yes some, never a Lab, usually small dogs. We were instructed to change direction if we feel Benny will start lunging and barking.. Why is this, he's been to doggy daycare and good to go,
