She experienced her first leaves this morning. Safe to say she went bonkers. The leaves she is sitting in were in a pile.
She wouldn't leave the yard until I raked them back up so she could go crazy again! Lol. This is the first dog I've ever had that liked leaves!
My wee girl is now 5 months and she has loved leaves since day one! She loves chasing them when they blow in the wind and now they are everywhere running through them like she is possessed! Sometimes she even picks one up and walks with it in her mouth.
She looks rather happy there... I wish I could provide Joy with a pile of leaves. I'm sure he would have gone bonkers too. But unfortunately we live on the upper floor and backyard is only for ground floor people. But he would carry the biggest leaf he can spot while outside in his mouth too. Until he finds a bigger one. Then he will replace it with the bigger leaf.
I am lucky and unlucky enough to live way out in the middle of nowhere so she has a rather large back yard plus a big mountain to play in behind my house. She does that too. Finds a leaf carries it around spots another leaf and either tries to carry them both or swaps them.
