Hi Biscuitbum (great name!) and welcome to the forum :)

Congratulations on your litter! To make sure our members who have been in your shoes before see your question, I recommend starting a new thread, with a clear idea of what you're asking about in the title.

Keep letting us know how your puppies get on!

Hi Sooky la la and welcome to you and Daphne, have you tried ignoring Daphne for 10 minutes's before you go out and after your return. Our girl has separation and anxiety problems and our trainer told us to do this.

We were also advised to do a chart with set times to train feed, walk and play but in between ignore her ago she learns to relax.

    Hello,

I'm a 73 year old man with the dog of his dreams - Lily - a 4 year old (in November) Black Labrador. I have quite bad arthritis so Lily doesn't get as much exercise as she needs really and is starting to put on the pounds. I have done some research on the internet as to what to feed her - she's on Pilchards and Aldi Hypoallergenic Kibbles for Breakfast and usually cooked Chicken/Beef Liver and Vegetables with more Kibbles for tea.

I have looked on the internet as to what I can feed her and have bought and cooked (not a believer in raw food) Chicken Breasts, Beef Liver, Ox Heart, Mixed Vegetables and Whole Wheat Pasta (and maybe Brown Rice) but am unsure about the ratio's and am totally confused with the Protein/Carbohydrate thingy. can anyone advise.

    Thanks in advance,

    Mike

Hi everyone . Am Kade and I am an owner of Lucky a black female English lab who is 9 weeks old today . She came home with me at 7 weeks and 4 days . Prior to Lucky I had a yellow American lab called Butter but he passed away 1.5 years ago at the age of 11 due to complications from diabetes .

Hi, I'm Kelly and the little girl in my picture is Dottie. She's 7 months old. We live in North Dakota and are navigating our first cold cold winter together. She's my first lab (and first dog I've owned solo!) and it's been a challenge, but a rewarding and fun one!

Hello Pippa and Everyone. I’m new to the forum. I have a new labrador puppy of 9 weeks old after our dear old Labrador died last year. I’d forgotten how hard the first weeks are. I’m exhausted. I have a couple of Pippa’s books and the clicker training is amazing.

Hi @Louise Martin , welcome to the forum! I'm sorry you're struggling at the moment, but you're not alone. Lots of us here have felt the puppy blues, or wondered if we've completely messed up some aspect of rearing a puppy. Feel free to start a new thread with whatever is bothering you in it, and I'm sure you'll receive lots of support!
