My friend has an 11 year old black lab. His hind legs are slow to respond when he stands from a sitting or laying down position. Wondering if anyone here has given Wellesse Joint Movement Glucosamine extra strength for humans to their lab. The product also includes Chondroitin, Hyaluronic Acid and MSM. If so, what doseage did you use?

Hi there, I don't know this particular product.
A previous orthopaedic vet advised when giving omega-3 fish oil capsules I should use double the human dose, which I did.
I don' think you can extrapolate from this however, and would recommend that you ask your vet for advice on this one.

I have a small mixed breed dog , she has poor back end joints , including a low grade luxating patella . With our Vets blessing , I put her onto Yumove , which contains glucosamine and chondroitin , and have been pleased with the results . Looking at her Xrays filled me with horror, but she appears to be pain free , runs like the wind and manages forest walks , all in her stride .
