Hi all, I’m very excited to be here! We pick up our red fox puppy at 8wks old on Wednesday and I want to make sure we’re prepared, is there anything you’d recommend or didn’t realise you’d need when your pup was little? We have bed, blanket, crate, collar, lead, tag, water and food bowl, a few toys and poo bags. Anything else you’d recommend? What treats if any do you give young pups? Also can anyone recommend any particular Pet insurance? I’m sorting it out this evening so any tips are very welcome. thanks in advance for any advice
Pet’s Emporium have been fantastic. You may get the first six weeks insurance with your puppy. Worth checking before you buy.
Sleep as much as you can! Soft treats would be good, pate would be ideal as it's soft and you can cut it up however you like, if you're in the UK JR pet products do good stuff especially the pate. Have a socialising plan in place as well? Take lots of photos and videos
