Vanilla gets spooked by the internal door to the garage. We have a draft excluder across the bottom to stop the wind blowing in. If it is not across she stand, looks intensely and barks. Even if it is loosly by the side she will bark. It has to be just so....
But if she is in a playful naughty mood she will puck it up walk to the front door and play with ut. Then walk back and start barking....daft dog

Love it! Bailey you are gorgeous, but I have a such a soft spot for a chocolate. Love the way chocolates are just bombproof. Say what you want about being nutty, goofy and daft but you just gotta love the way they can sleep through a thunderstorm :)

Cooper is freaked out by brushes, specifically any that she thinks are going to be used on her. We are making progress with the grooming glove, but not much with the Zoom n Groom.

Tilly goes berserk around firearms, even air guns, when they are close to her. She is not afraid of them, but she barks at them and wants to grab them. I took her to our skeet range, and as long as they were shooting 50 ft away she didn't seem to react.

Snowie is spooked by nothing. When he was a puppy, he heard fireworks outside and went out to investigate. He sleeps through the house alarm, even when it went off in the middle of the night and I jumped out of bed in a panic. He has no concept of things being scary. Oh, except for meds that must be syringed into his mouth -- he sees the syringe and immediately slinks off.

Fireworks are one of the only things that Harley gets spooked by, especially if they are noisy but can't be seen easily. She also gets spooked by large statues!

    Lilly's list :D
    • Hoovers - work of the devil!
    • Models of people (see previous posts re Inverary :cwl:)
    • Shouty voices
    • Fireworks
    • Slippery floors (or sometimes just an obvious change in surface - carpet/floor)
    • Cattle grids
    • Unexpected bird scarers appearing in her field.
We laughed previously when we bought a new hoover and took it out the box - she barked at it and gave it a wide berth before we even assembled it or switched it on. We previously had a big grey upright and this was a small red cylinder - who knows how she knew but it was not a welcome addition to the household :shake:.
