One of my Labs is like S & S, due to being nervous and then missing out on at least four months of socialisation from 16 weeks old due to fractured elbow which was screwed and pinned. He is getting better. The other day, I met a neighbour up the lane, both dogs on leads and he said, "I will let my dog say hello to yours" I said "I don't think that is a good idea' and with that he led his dog to mine, who snapped and caught the other dog's nose, just a scratch, but it bled. I was the one who felt guilty as if it was all my fault!
