Hehehe!! I am about to invest in a bread crock for when we de-crate Jack & Barney during the day, as I'm sure they will be tempted by the bread and butter, our old lab Max regularly nicked the low fat spread tub and cleaned it out lol

Are you allowed to keep dogs in crates forever?! LOL! The thought of de-crating Bob horrifies me for this very reason!

I must have a very unusual lab - I can leave anything on the work top (chicken defrosting, cakes, bread etc) and she won't touch it!! ::)

You do realise you're not going to make any friends with bragging like that? ;)

Holly is the same. Food is safe unless we drop it on the floor, in which case she assumes its hers.

I know a lab who ate and entire frozen turkey from where he "couldn't possibly reach" on the kitchen work surface. Less on learned!

Fingers crossed that isn't the case ;) she is a handful with a few things, but food isn't ever an issue!
