Anyway I am a complete technophobe but if you go onto Training there is a title " Training to use a door bell" and I have replied to Maggie68 to help her dog also. I really hope it helps Pongo. Re: Why can't I PM some members? Hi Helen, The member group permissions are set so that the private message system is available to established members only. Newbie members (less than 15 posts) can't use it. The objective is to prevent people joining the forum just for the purposes of spamming other members through the message system. I am happy to consider altering this, if it's causing a problem or if members think it unreasonable or unnecessary. Let me know what you think Pippa

Anyone unable to send PMs????? Is anyone else having problems sending PMs?, I just tried a different member and I can't send. This is a little frustrating

Re: Why can't I PM some members? It's not your fault! I'm sorry this has happened. I've checked all the settings and they look fine to me, which is the limit of my ability. So I'll have to get someone in to have a look. Which will probably not be until next week now I'm afraid Meantime, if anyone else is having trouble sending or opening messages, please let me know in this thread. Thanks
