Hmm.....NOAH Compendium - which Lochan suggested - says for Drontal Plus XL....
Puppies should be treated at 2 weeks of age and every 2 weeks until 12 weeks of age. Thereafter they should be treated at 3 month intervals.
    Here is the link

Browsing the 'net isn't a substitute for speaking to a vet you trust though.
If you are unsure about the advice you are given, then it is your right to challenge it or ask for evidence for and against a perticular course of action.

Until 6 months old, worm monthly. Then Drontal is every 3 months but advocate is monthly. Not that I am an expert.

Worm monthly? Bella had Milbimax and he said another 3 months?!

Milbimax isn't advocate and drontal. The frequency depends on the brand. They all do different things. There are reasons why people prefer advocate which treats (as well as worms) lungworm, fleas and ear mites.

Absolutely - their coverage and dosing is all very different.
And also prevalence of worms and parasites in your area - varies even within the UK quite a lot.

Ah ok, I'm guessing you wouldn't use frontline as well then. I'll talk to my vet. :)

Not if you use Advocate. Lots of people think frontline isn't very effective, but anyway it doesn't cover the same things as advocate.
