I know quite a few of us give our furry friends YuMove on a daily basis, so thought I would share an email I've just received from Lintbells (the manufacturer). Please be careful where you buy your supplies, they may not be quite what you thought

It's good of the company to replace them with genuine product, though. Well done them.

I dread to think what rubbish is in the counterfeit but it's probably guaranteed to be cheap and nasty. I order direct with Lintbells and have always fond them very helpful and informative. Replacing fake stock for free is good customer service, and hopefully will encourage owners to buy direct. Sometimes a little extra on price is worth the confidence in the product.

 

thanks for the heads up I usually get a supply at crufts then from Lintbells when I need more but I will def be doing that from now on and not shopping around
